By using FutureStack, you agree to these terms.
1. What FutureStack Is
FutureStack is a community-driven AI tools discovery marketplace. We list, curate, and enable community discussion around AI tools. We are a directory — we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for any of the tools listed.
2. Your Account
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- You must provide accurate information when signing up.
- One account per person.
- We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Submit fake, misleading, or spam tool listings
- Manipulate upvotes artificially (bots, vote rings, purchased votes)
- Post abusive, hateful, or illegal content in comments or reviews
- Attempt to scrape FutureStack's database or circumvent rate limits
- Impersonate another user, tool maker, or FutureStack staff
4. Tool Submissions
By submitting a tool, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that the information provided is accurate. FutureStack reserves the right to reject, edit, or remove any submission at our discretion. Approved tools become part of FutureStack's public directory.
If you check the affiliate consent checkbox during submission, you agree to allow FutureStack to use an affiliate-tracked link for your tool where available. This costs you nothing and can be withdrawn by contacting us.
5. Affiliate Disclosure
Some links on FutureStack are affiliate links. If you click a link and make a purchase, FutureStack may earn a commission. This does not affect which tools are listed or how they are ranked — community upvotes determine ranking.
6. Intellectual Property
FutureStack's original content — tool descriptions written by us, design, code, and branding — belongs to FutureStack. Tool names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. If you believe your intellectual property has been used incorrectly, contact us at team.futurestack@gmail.com.
7. Disclaimer
FutureStack is a directory. We do not endorse, verify, or guarantee any tool listed. Tool quality, pricing, availability, and features are the responsibility of the tool makers. Use any tool at your own discretion.
8. Limitation of Liability
FutureStack is provided as-is. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of FutureStack or any tool discovered through it, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to FutureStack at any time for violation of these terms, without notice.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of FutureStack after changes means you accept the updated terms.
